• Your friend must mention your name to the leasing team so you both can receive the referral bonus.
• After your friend moves into their new home, you’ll each get $100!

Some exclusions apply: A minimum of a 12-month lease must be signed. This does not apply to any Herlong Mobile Home Park transfer, a current resident or roommate changes.
